We have brought together a team of financial industry specialists with a breadth and depth of wealth management expertise.
Our investment advisors have considerable experience working in financial services and private banking in Switzerland and North America. Most importantly, we all share an in-depth understanding of, and interest in, global financial markets; a proven track record in the financial services industry, and; high ethical standards combined with a desire to operate transparently.
Our board of directors is comprised of several highly successful business people and entrepreneurs who have an excellent understanding of multiple industry sectors and a proven track record. All board members have been selected based on their individual skill sets, which complement each other and allow us to make the most effective business decisions possible.
Beat Meier, CFA, CIM
CEO, Wealth Manager
Beat Meier has over 30 years experience in the financial services industry. Before co-founding Dynamic Tree Asset Management AG, he was responsible for managing and growing the wealth management business of UBS in the Prairies Region of Western Canada. Prior to that, he was a Senior Private Wealth Advisor and a member of the UBS Key Client Group in Canada, which serves Ultra High Net Worth individuals and families (>$50 Million in investable assets). Beat is a CFA charterholder and a member of the CFA Institute. He is also a graduate of the Swiss Certified Banking Specialist program and has his designation as a Canadian Investment Manager (CIM).

Viktor Trojanovic
Partner, Wealth Manager
Viktor Trojanovic initiated his Wealth Management career in 2008 at UBS Wealth Management International in Zurich and Geneva. As he rose to the rank of director, Viktor excelled in his role as a relationship manager and team lead, where his primary achievement was forging and maintaining trusted relationships with high-net-worth individuals from Eastern Europe and Canada.
In 2015, Viktor transitioned to Finaport Ltd. in Zurich as an Independent Wealth Manager. This shift allowed him to offer more tailored and responsive financial guidance, directly aligning with client needs while maintaining a deep commitment to trust-centered wealth management. In the end of 2023, Viktor brought his deep expertise and client-centric philosophy to Dynamic Tree as a partner.
Viktor studied Law and Economics at the University of St. Gallen (HSG), where he graduated with a bachelor's degree. Alongside his formal education, Viktor has developed extensive IT expertise over three decades, giving him a unique perspective on the intersection of technology and finance. This deep understanding of technology enriches his advisory services, allowing him to provide nuanced guidance that helps clients make well-informed decisions in a tech-driven investment landscape.

Michelle Chow, CIM
Wealth Manager
Michelle Chow has over 20 years of experience in the wealth management industry. Prior to her role as a Vice President of Dynamic Tree Asset Management AG, Michelle was a Private Wealth Advisor at UBS Wealth Management managing assets and servicing High Net Worth individuals and families (>$2 million investable assets) in Canada.
Michelle has extensive experience in portfolio management, research analysis, asset allocation strategies as well as providing counsel on comprehensive wealth management issues; all of which she combines to deliver tailored investment solutions to her affluent clients. In addition, Michelle collaborates with professionals such as lawyers and accountants in order to provide her clients with holistic wealth management solutions.
Michelle began her career as a Private Wealth Consultant at Altamira Financial Services Ltd. and has served in various roles within client service, relationship management, portfolio management, marketing and compliance. She holds a BA from the University of Western Ontario and the Chartered Investment Manager (CIM) designation.

Ilya Zimpfer
Wealth Manager
Ilya Zimpfer brings over three decades of extensive experience in the banking and asset management sectors, with a proven track record in managing a diverse portfolio of both public and private assets.
His career began in 1992 in Russia, where he spent more than ten years in Private and Investment Banking, developing deep expertise in equity and debt capital markets and rising to the position of senior specialist. Over the years, Ilya Zimpfer has held a variety of prominent roles, including Cross-Assets Portfolio Specialist, Investment Advisor, and Senior Banker, catering to high-net-worth (HNW) and ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) clients. He has accumulated 13 years of experience at UBS Wealth Management, working across key financial hubs such as Frankfurt, Geneva, and Zurich, followed by roles at Lombard Odier in Zurich and a seven-year tenure at Barclays Private Bank in Monaco and Geneva. IZ holds a Master degree in Banking from Frankfurt Business School, further solidifying his academic foundation in the field.
His career reflects a unique blend of international exposure, technical expertise, and a client-focused approach to wealth management.

Regina Minger
Human Resources
Regina Minger has broad experience in business administration, human resources, marketing and public relations.
Prior to working at Dynamic Tree Asset Management AG, she ran her own business consulting firm in Calgary, Canada working primarily with North American marketing leaders helping them to expand their businesses.
From 1999-2005, Regina worked in Corporate Communications for Man Investments, one of the largest hedge fund managers globally. She has a degree as a certified PR Manager.
